I would like to nominate Monica. She has an awesome ability and interest in identifying and cataloging hybrids, mutations, and unique birds in our community and has become a go to resource for many of our members. Aside from that, she also provides friendly, helpful advice on diet conversions, training tips, and insight on behavior issues. Even when a thread gets heated, she is able to provide assistance without losing focus on the topic at hand.​
