First I wish to thank you all and am humbled by this acknowledgement...JP, I may need to keep some of the pie. You all have been wonderful and quite supportive to many. I think if one does read the board they learn about caring, gentleness and maybe a new way of seeing things. This helps us grow and live the life we have been given. Avian husbandry has come a long ways from the 50;s and 60's having started with my childhood blue Keet Mr Peepers, the loss of my beautiful teal Daisy in the 70's from chronic egg laying to the wonderful field of behavior management to the sassy flock I have been blessed to have.

My days go to extremes: I just finished a call with family in which their loved one just died. Then I come to the board and see this posting. My pets and friends are who let me do what I need to do. My friend Ben also told me he loved me and did I want crack!

To the board owners/administrators...my hat off to you for providing a place for us to come and chat, a place to learn and for us to gush about our birds while offering your time to make this all happen.

Thank you and I am truly humbled.
