It is moderately difficult... not ridiculous but it does require some chops and a certain level of proficiency especially when it is the final piece to play on your recital program.... it is about 25 minutes in length, 4 movements plus a cadenza.

Thank you, you're so right.
The physiological as well as the psychological/emotional/mental enrichment they get from flight is truly unmatched by anything those.

I never really get scared as I trust the training and their skill/strength they have learned and then gained through experiences...I guess I just show them concern and happiness so they know to have a safe yet wonderfully fun time flying with me as there are lots of large birds of prey, high winds, altitude/drastic changes in topography, plus a multitude of environmental dangers as well as navigational challenges.
That's what brings them strength and joy though so we just keep training so we can keep flying.
