Off the top of my head in the lower mainland of BC there is:

Elizabeth Wildlife in Abbotsford, BC (they'll take starlings)
OWL for raptors
Wildlife Rescue
And a master list of wildlife rehabilitators around BC.

Chicago Bird Collision Monitors Will pick up & transfer to a nature center that rehabs.

Fox Valley Wildlife Center – Helping Wildlife in Need Won't pick up - you have to take the injured animal/bird to them.

Here in Northwest Oregon I recommend:

Portland Audubon Society

They have saved many injured birds and other animals that I brought there!

This list is a little out of date (Dr. Barno was my animals' vet starting in 1982, and he's retired now; I don't know if Rock Creek still does triage, but my cats and dog still go there) but I have worked with or know many other people on the list and can recommend them.
