Wild Turkeys came calling this morning!

As Poppa was mixing up the bird's breakfast this AM, the Too's starting screaming upstairs, then the Amazon Room followed by the Conure Room....all of these look out the north side (back) of the house....When Ziggy, SCT, in the kitchen behind Poppa let out his SCREAM, the birds downstairs all flew in different directions...Poppa finally looked out and saw these two on the garage roof walking back/forth!
Sorry the picture isn't any better but took it through the glass/screen...They are very young ones....

The hung around for about 15 mins up there...the rain was pouring and the wind was blowing at that time...have no idea where they came from but they flew off between our house and the neighbors and across the street into the woods...

I enjoy seeing them every much, but it sounds like the parrots there by you were not fond of the visitors that showed up for breakfast!

How cool, and a glimpse of where you live!! We have them here, they walk around beside the road like they own the place out by where my sister lives. It's neat seeing the red flash of a tom turkey as he flies away.
