Wild Quakers

    Lots of wild Quakers here in New Orleans. They fly in groups of ten to twenty and you can see them and hear them from blocks away. They like to nest at the top of electrical poles and tall palm trees. Many of us southerners have the obligatory fig tree in the back yard and that is one of the Quaker’s prime targets.
