Sadly for me, Julio only seems to enjoy chewing on newspapers if it's laying flat at the bottom of the cage. I'll keep trying with other hanging paper-based toys (like the ones suggested) for him to chew, but I'm starting to believe that he actually wants to READ the news before chewing on them and then spitting them out. I can hardly blame him.
