I think it's a matter of not knowing how lovable a bird can be.

I agree. My mother had a conure years ago. He was a biter. Yet she could cuddle him, so could my daughter. Now I realize just how lovable conures can be. I love my three. And the crazy thing is, Jesse cuddles with my daughter when she visits.

I thought maybe this is the time to reveal my new dream, complete with the magic trick kit deluxe set image.

Then thought better of it..what if kids want a birdie magic set too?

Husband would surely say no to that and cannot distract him with personal magic show and dinner if kids are running around waving wands...

Yes, better wait for another time!

Darn! We drove through Alabama from Illinois on the way to Florida. I could've stopped in and left you some "support". That's where I learned that what was a tap to me was a spigot in Alabama. Learning Southern vocabulary is interesting.
