Anything. Just training in general. Like to speak or dance or do tricks

Everything you do is training. Consistency. Routine. Repetition. Offering choice with Reward. Earning trust. Patience. You need to keep all these thing in mind all the time you spend with your bird. It's a journey that "evolves" as you go.

I have to agree with J.T. There is no "training" for a bird that is 1 month old. It is a baby that needs tender skilled nurturing. Nothing more. We want to know how "that" is going?

After they are weaned and healthy is the simplest answer I guess

Trolling around? I am just asking questions. You could try and be a little nicer. I absolutely know nothing about this subject
