I have 3 babies, 1 is 24 days and grey, the other 2 are 21 days white/yellow twins, I try to take them out of the nest box at least once a day, tonight when I took them out the older grey one was fine but the twins were acting like in the video, what's wrong with them?

Are you saying both of the twins are doing this?

How are they doing today? It looks neurological or perhaps an issue with bone development where they can't support themselves to stand or move properly.

They seemed better today, they still put their necks back but we're more steady.

I wonder about it being neurological, the one that is 3 days older is fine.

I would take these babies to the vet. I don't know what the issue is, but it isn't right

That's stargazing, isn't it?
Is it?? When I have seen finches stargaze they don't stumble like that, they just perch and look up. But it could be that I don't know what stargazing is. I only have seen a couple at a friend's house.
