What size Aviator for GCC?

I have a 'petite' red aviator harness that I considered using for Kylo
but after looking at it I think the head loop is way too small. He wouldn't be able to get his head through, if he did I'm afraid it would be very very difficult to get off later

It was the recommended size though

What size do your GCC's wear??
I wanted to get a new one in green color, anyway..might as well get the right size

How much does he weigh? The petite is from 75-110 grams. The xsmall is normally for the conures from 110-190 grams.

Grumbles weighs 60 grams and a petite fits him fine.

I never used the aviator on Koopa, opting for the Kaylor collar instead because I had the same hesitations! I don't think they are making harnesses anymore, sadly.

Kylo weighs 75 grams.
I'll try getting a pic of the harness next to him to show size... it really looks like I could hurt his head getting it on. Typing mi be weird I'm on mobile. I did look as the fred bird harness but not sure about it

also I opted to test the EZ harness the member from avian Web was sending out. It looks nice but requires me to fiddle with the belt quite a bit and I don't think Kylo would be ok with sitting still so long haha. Maybe after Aviator training
