What should I train my budgie?

I was thinking of doing basic flight training to exercise her flight muscles because her previous owners clipped her. I'm thinking of starting clicker and target training, I don't really know how to do clicker training though so I may need some help on that.
Also, how much millet should I limit my training treats to? I'm currently using around 10 millet "globes" right not everyday

They like one-on-one time, with their human, vs other birds, they bond with who they spend the most time with......

Haha, I got my budgie a stuffed Macaw from Ikea. She chirps but also bullies it all the time
