Pictures What kind of plant is this?

I have this plant growing outside my door. I think it might have been from the birdseed but I have no idea what it is. I know the apt will likely cut it down as soon as they see it. Anyone have a idea what it is? it has small yellow flowers and these little pods of some sort on it.

Looks like some type of squash plant which would include pumpkin.

Or possible a sunflower seed has taken hold and growing.

I think after looking it may be aq squash of some sort. Well if it doesn't get pulled up we'll see.

Yes but the plant doesn't look like the photos of a pumpkin plant, more like a summer squash. BUT I am hoping the lawn service will leave it be I am going to talk to them. Of course with my luck it's a Giant Hogweed!

This is Abutilon theophrasti (common names include Velvetleaf, Velvetweed, Chinese Jute, among many other names)! It's a noxious weed and common invasive. It likely just volunteered on its own, I've never seen the seeds in any bird seed mixtures.
