I am now very worried about the rest of the birds.
Because they were all together before I notice that miso is sick.
I have cleaned all the cages and placed new paper, and I will keeping my eyes on them , to notice if there any change in poops or something.

Can you have a necropsy done on Miso to find out the cause of death? I think I would if you can, just so you know for your own knowledge and for the sake of your other birds.

I am very sorry to read this about your grey.
Very sad.
When I read about the dark colored droppings, that almost always means bleeding inside.
There was something more happening than an infestation of worms.
I do hope that you can have your vet do a necropsy if they are able, to find out what was going on with this bird.
I know it's a hard topic to discuss, but in case you are not sure how to prepare your bird, it best to wet his body slightly and wrap in newspaper and in the fridge, not a freezer.
The necropsy should be done within 2 days, if possible.
Know that everyone here is very saddened by your loss
