Definitely a broad winged hawk. They are the only ones with those uninterrupted and wavy lateral lines across the wings and the cresent of white at the midpoint of the fanned tail.

Nah, I can't agree with Broad-winged. The tail is just too long in the perched pic, and has the typical banding of a Cooper's. The head is also pretty far forward of the wing bend in the flight pic for it to be a Broad-winged. And the breast streaks are much more Immature Coopers than Broad-winged, even for a juvenile Broad-winged.

Look at the tail in the pic below, then look at the tail in rockoko's two pics. It is a juvenile Cooper's.

Easily covered by standard variation. The tail is just too far from a Broad-winged.
