Usually somewhere between 80 and 120 grams.

It matters more what your individual bird's usual weight is. What does your cockatiel weigh now, and do you know how much weight has been lost? Weight loss can be pretty serious so I would definitely recommend a visit to your vet.

How much weight has your bird lost? Is your bird still eating, playing, and acting normally? I hope everything is okay!

She was a big and strong bird in the past ~100g (profile photo), now she is so small... Today the weight is 74g :/ She still want to eat, as I observe the amont is as always. She is old bird 19yeard old and she is sick (gout - higher level of uric acid), low level of calcium - she has twisted legs:/ Vet advised some new things whcih should be added to her diet (honey, cherry juice, generally fruits and vegetables), but she does not want to eat them... she never wanted to eat fruits and vegies

If you can get avian milk thistle where you are, it's good for birds and can help with the liver.

Something like this:

I hope your bird gets better. Also, if you have them senior nutriberries are also good for older birds.

It needs to be in liquid format, without the alcohol content. The grains may not be enough by themselves.
