This is our BFA named Ray, his owner (my neighbor) rehomed him with us about 2 1/2 weeks ago. We also have a yellow parakeet named Ziggy and a yellow sided GCC named Marley as well as 2 dogs, a cat, 2 ducks and 2 rabbits.

Turns out the chicken has some arthritis on one of his knees. During a follow up visit the vet wanted to see how much inflammation was present so we had thermal scan done. Good news is it isn't as bad as she thought, and he's overcompensating a bit on one foot.

Wow! Never heard of a thermal image! So the red on knee is the arthritis? What is the red around the eye?
