Storm is bobbing his head, the shaking his head and undigested seeds spray everywhere. It looks like the stuff he brings up when regugitating but he never shook his head when regurgitating. I included a picture of what he brought up

If he is shaking his head and the food goes flying everywhere then that is vomiting.

A vet visit would be a very good idea.

(Just bobbing head and placing the food in a certain spot is regurgitating)

Even a sick bird will do all of those things. I recently found a bird in a really bad way and he was acting so normal. It´s quite scary how well they cope with illness/sickness etc.
I really urge you to visit a vet just to be safe.

Hes been okay so far today with no vomiting also eating and drinking normally. He did nick a bit of onion ring crisp last night before he start being sick. Could that of been the cause? Ill keep a close eye on him throughout out the weekend and any bad sign and it will be straight to the vets

Maybe but impossible to tell. Alliums are not good for birds.
Glad to hear he seems ok. You could always call the vet on the phone and let them know what has been going on.

Is your bird trying to feed another bird or human?
