Ooops! I'm sorry, I was so tired last night when I posted. My husband wanting a 2nd bird now, I would consider a Macaw, but we've concluded there isn't enough room here. Yes, it would if you don't mind everyone being squished, & I see it on different videos online. Like your apt. situation, there'd be room, but would you feel it was enough?
In that situation I'm ignoring your neighbor's. Lol!
