They are running bloodwork and sending the films to UW Madison for review. If it's an egg it's underformed and requires removal. Bloodwork should show if it's kidney enlargement. They mentioned soft tissue injury but the films showed quite a large area to be that.

At the vet with Sakie. They gave her a shot to sedate her and instead she was running around like super women. Ugh

Waited 45 minutes for it to slow her and opted to gas her for xrays. Tough old girl.

She's home and we are waiting for bloodwork results. Tomorrow the specialist will call us with his interpretation. She is happy to see Maui and Binky.

If it's an egg it's malformed and not with a hard shell.... I'm told. I've not personally seen many egg binding films.
