Is this a disease or an intestinal impaction? What information did the vet give you after he performed the necropsy?

Did the vet give an explanation of what he thought was in the intestines?

Type of worms
If we caught It with Medicines,
It Will Goes to the intestines to causing this intestinal impaction.
