Update Tashi!!!

I thought I would let Cindy post this in the proper forum when she gets home. I just wanted to let you all know that Cindy called me at 7:15 this morning. Tashi had a seizure and died in her arms. Cindy is a mess. She was taking him to work for a necropsy.
Please keep Cindy in your prayers. She was going to be Tashi's new forever home and this has hit her hard.

Just talked to Cindy again. His sono yesterday showed some possible masses.. The xray showed some shadows too. The avian vet thinks he may have had pancreatic cancer. The past owner wants to bury him so Cindy now doesn't know if they will do a necropsy. She is ging to see if the vet can do a partial. She didn't want the owner to see him after a necropsy.
Cindy is suppose to get this persons other 7 birds. I think 2 macaws, WC pionus, amazon, quaker and a tiel. I think I am missing something. The owner is losing her home.
Poor Cindy, she is emotionally and physically exhausted. She thought she could save him. He was ding so well. She was driving to work and heard him make a noise. She pulled over and pulled im out of the crate. He had a siezure and passed. She held him on the side of the road and cried.
She will be on after work today. She is going to try and leave early. Thank you all for the prayers.

How heartbreaking. However, I think if she is going to take the others that a necropsy should be done to make sure that it was something organic to Tashi and not something that can make her other babies sick.
