Urgent *UPDATE POST #58* Itty bitty feetsy- I see it but the vet doesnt?

As of 10am this morning, she is beeping, and a few meeps.
Contrary to popular belief, there is a difference. Listen: Beep, Beep, beep, MEEEP, beep, beep

As you can see, there is dramatic variation in the tone First time she has been making *noise in a few days. She is holding a grudge against me as I am always trying to put ointment on her feet... hubby has to remind me that 'health comes before friendship' and she will bounce back to loving me just as much. Today thus far, she is more active and moving around the enclosure.

*noise denotes the volume that birds emit. It often sounds like music to my bird-lover ears, but others just don't understand

No mailman..... put my dog on hi alert for any deliveries.

Have out looked into Avitech, they have a whole line of natural remedies. Maybe something that can help her

The meds didn't make it here last night. So they should for sure be here by today. She is showing improvement after upping her meds.
Here are time lapsed photos- when her legs started to get bad, when they were extremely swollen and the last is this morning.


So there is improvement. But I have to switch to the ABBA care ointment on her feet as they are very dry and I'm afraid she will pick at them and make them bleed.
Im really worried about the quantity of feathers she has lost- wondering if she is having a heavy moult-that caused the legs to swell, or if her swollen feet stressed her- and feathers fell out.

FYI: Medication came!!!!! she got her first dose.

She doesn't trust me anymore- she doesn't pull away when i go to pick her up, but she is apprehensive and needs me to say 'step up'.
Once i bring her out, she also is nervous -choosing to be 'on me' but leans the other way when i go to touch her. She thinks fingers=medicine. Im sure it will get better, once she doesn't need all the meds.... right????

weeble did that lean away thing when I tried to scritch her during our first time having to do meds. and the last time too. didn't last a week after we were done. your baby will get over it. try not to let it hurt your heart too much. you are a good birdy mom.

I am glad that you her feet are starting to look better and that you received the medication. Hope she continues improving. She will get over you giving her medicine sooner or later.

This is a very real thing. Swelling has reduced on her feet- HOWEVER, She has lost her 'brooding feathers' and then some!!!!

Her belly after a bath is bare.... far more than ever before.
She is trying to fluff the feathers, but they don't exist. FYI, this video is not the best, it won't make you happy:
