Update on Sooper Cooper

Thought I'd give everyone an update on Cooper. He's doing well, eating great, vocalizing, moving around but not playing yet. His incision healed really well and now we just have to get him feathered again. I'm hoping that we'll have a long time together yet and if attitude is any indication, I think we will! Here are some pics I took of the green man last night and the night before...my naked green chicken boy!

The dreaded light fixture that no longer works thanks to a couple of crazy Cockatoos. I like it too but I'm finding that those kinds of hanging ones don't seem to work well when you have birds that are addicted to electricity. I have a new fixture in the kitchen that I bought to replace it...one that fits right up against the ceiling!
