Toy Making

What kinds of things do you guys use to make toys for your Toos? I'm planning a CABird Nerds order...Do you find they like various sizes of things, or should I stick to the largest sizes of items? Do you hang toys with chains, or leather, etc?

That's what I was thinking... The master of the really "big" toys!

You may want to get a refill kit from Sarah & build from that... I know Ann has some really big blocks like the diamonds & triangles. How much wood can the parrot chuck?!?

I treat my toos like macaws and my macaws like everything. Sisal, chain, poly rope. Depending on the too they can like small or large parts. My toos are determined where the macaws will give up. Just look through my store at the toys and get some ideas. My U2 Nikki does nearly 80% of my toy videos.

My crew enjoys toys they can chew up fairly easily. Angel has to have bells on everything! Lol

I found Burt is intimidated by large toys, but I did poke holes in a toilet paper role and stick non dyed gift back paper though them. He'll pick at it every once in a while to try and shred it

I wonder if he's more of a tissue paper & coffee filter type of toy guy? @rocky'smom did a nifty youtube video on a coffee filter toy, not too long ago.
