Just one, and he was not as sweet-faced as Mabel. I did know they were expressive, but I didn't know the expressions could be so disarmingly cute. She's the prettiest Severe I've ever seen.

I have seen other Severes at the rescue and they had expressive little faces, but I have to say that Miss Mabel wins the prize for being a little cutie.

Mabel is awfully cute.

To me, the macaw species who have the *eye lines* have much more expressive and beautiful faces than the ones who don't. It's the one drawback to the scarlets, IMO, who otherwise have the most beautiful coloring.
