My bird is chewing his feathers. I've had the vet look and he's clean. It's not diet because he did this with a previous owner. He is banded, so I am not positive if it's a sensitive thing or behavior.

Suggestions?

I seem to attract these kinds of birds. Not a big deal obviously to me, but I want to know of their is something I missed. One of my love birds plucks his feathers and I am also watching him like a hawk.
