Thoughts and Prayers Please.

Hello, guys!

I'm getting my Bellatrix girl ready to go to the vet for x-rays today. She has a whole host of issues, none life threatening as of yet, and I'm terrified of the news we may get today.

She has been coughing about once a week the last month, and more sparingly before then. My vet looked at her and said she looked okay, but it would be good to do x-rays and bloodwork if it got worse. We had a cat that was related to her, just not sure how. He was only a year older than her and he ended up dying at the age of 7 of sudden heart failure. I'm very concerned this will happen to my girl too.

Any thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. She's one of the only reasons im even around any more.

She did great under anesthesia. The x-rays look good to the doctors at my practice. Heart and lungs look normal, as did her oral exam. Going to send the x-rays off to a radiologist just to be sure, but we cant do that until our computers are fixed (within a week). Going to try a few meds to see if they help while we wait for the radiologist report.
