I got the most amazing idea today. Put fruit into cup cake liners to save on the mess.

Well Ralphie then figured out he could grab it and pull up really hard and flip fruit everywhere......

oh yes, brilliant ideas. Mine was to use heavy soup bowls for bird food. They CANNOT move them.

Except.....I feed them in the morning before dawn, as I leave for work. This morning in the dark I tripped and dropped the F*^%$* bowl on the cement aviary floor creating

a) A loud CRASH noise causing BAM BAM to flutter round the cage in panic
b) A huge mess, bigger than even the mad gang could create
b) Dangerous shards of crockery everywhere on the aviary floor.

.........................!!!

Ten minutes to clean up.
Ten minutes to make more food
Ten minutes apologising to Bam Bam and seeing he was ok

Late for work....again!

I'm thinking about putting the cupcake liners into the bowls that way it keeps the bowls cleaner and hopefully ralphie won't figure it out as quickly.

I was hoping Buckbeak would never figure out that dropping things on the floor purposely was fun because I never acknowledged it. My brother played the "pick it up and put it down" game the other day for almost an hour while I wasn't home with him Now he picks anything up and drops it over the edge of a table, playstand, WHATEVER, and cocks his head to look at me with the face that says, "well, you know the rules... pick it up!"

My brother thought my angry text was funny... but he thought the picture I sent of the mess Bucky had made was hilarious
