Maybe it doesn't have to be an exchange like this, just a place where people can post their local clubs and then a listing of the national clubs.

For now, they can post their clubs in the sticky thread in Bird Blvd. If you would like to make a thread with a list of National Bird Clubs or send me the list, I will be glad to make a thread and sticky it as well
