I´m looking for a way to introduce the training diet into Penguin´s life. I believe he is more motivated in the evening that morning. I´ve given up trying to train in the mornings before breakfast - he´s just not interested. My question is, how do I manage his food if we train in the evenings?
If I trained in the morning, I would let him run out of food the day before, train the next day and feed. But if we train in the evening, I´m not sure if I should feed breakfast then? It also takjes him a LONG time to get hungry so I assume I feed him more than he needs
