I know our rescue here accepts birds from out of state. However, getting a bird from Texas to PA I'm sure would be a challenge- and stressful for the bird....

Wings of Love Bird Haven is in Red Oak, South of Dallas. Not sure if they'll drive a bit to take in a bird in need. Also, they have a $125 surrender fee to cover initial testing.
