Urgent tail bobbing? or no? please help

please someone help im concerned, hes been flying all around my room and hes taken his first bath and hes probably just tired but please someone tell me if theres something wrong

ps my video doesnt have an allowed extension but his tail seems to go up and down just slightly while he breaths

also he seems to twitch one eye (right eye)

Upload your video to Youtube then link it to this forum. Use the symbol, on the top bar of the entry screen, that looks like a mountain and moon.

Hard to tell without a video, but with the eye twitch and possible tail bobbing you should not let him fly. Keep him in his cage and keep him quiet.
