That is amazing! He looks pretty comfortable and no bite marks on your son's hands (from your posts, I know if he showed he didn't want to step up he wouldn't be pushed to do so). He has such kind eyes--and now tolerates/likes an assortment of toys in his cage!

The second picture down from the cage, where his head is turned, I can picture Sydney thinking "Are you for real?"

We both cried to see him come out of his cage. He is still extremely wary, but we were able to read and respect his queues to avoid any potential bites. He did try to bite, but only when he was on his cage.
He will very cautiously step up towards a hand offered behind him, but not in front.

Sydney made one maiden voyage flight around the room last night, too! Savoring all his 'firsts'!

His feathers are looking so much better already! We're giving him light spritzer baths daily.
He's eating fruits and veggies like a little piggy, too!
