So per my research, after soaking the beans/seeds you rinse with ACV, and rerinse with it each time before feeding. But nowhere have I found whether or not to rinse the ACV off, or just leave it.

Vinegar is an acid and should be rinsed off as it will slow or stop the growth of the seeds :)

I never use ACV on my sprouts, I pasteurize them instead.
And I only sprout for what we use for one day. (so I soak and sprout new seeds every day)

I have been sprouting for over the last 6yrs, And never have had any reason to use anything except clean fresh water.
I think if you have to use this to sanitise i would be looking for the reason. Not the cure.
But if your system is good and your seeds fresh and alive, just once at the start should be good to go.
