Super Orange Chop

This is a quick chop made of a combination frozen and fresh orange veggies, fruit, beans and whole grains. It’s also 1 cup measurement for most of the measurements.

1 cup of cooked black beans
1 cup of mixed beans cooked; red beans, great white northern, calicos
1 cup of cooked organic Kamut and quinoa
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup of frozen mashed pumpkin
1 cup of cooked finely chopped carrots
1 cup of cooked mashed sweet potatoes
½ cup of frozen wild blueberries
½ cup of frozen pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried ginger
1/8 cup raw uncooked organic quinoa to soak up any juices
1 tablespoon uncooked rolled oats to soak up any juices
Dump everything into large bowl and stir together until well mixed. Chill for several hours and bag for the freezer. Makes 2 ¼ pounds

yes, Sweet Pea eats everything put in front of her. Bebe is learning to try most of it. he was fed all seed diet and it's been fight to get him to eat anything but seeds.

I made it for Buddy and he won't eat it...
What should I do???

@Kbrand how are you serving it warm or cold? try sprinkle some seeds on top of it. see if he will eat hose seeds and get a taste of it.
