Sunny is Hiding Now

We've stopped the petting of Sunny since Saturday and I think the picking has slowed down, I've seen some feathers around his cage or where he has been, but they aren't a lot. He was with me yesterday and didn't preen/feather pick himself, I think that is a first!

Sunny did a couple of things he never does this morning. He was with me at the table, I was feeding him some toast crumbs (which he likes), he then walked across the table and went to my son. He usually prefers me so that was different. Then my son mentioned that he has been hiding lately in small spaces. I've heard that is normal for Lovebirds, but Sunny has never done this.

LOL - I am not really asking for help. Just wanted to share my experience - I am not concerned, just find it odd that he has done this now. I've heard that this is a Lovebird trait, but he has never done this.

Sometimes it is just a case of growing older.
They may start doing things they have never done before, and may stop doing things they always did.

Hey @Sunny&Mars , to add on to what I said yesterday...

This morning I saw Aldora playing with balls (with bells inside). She has never really been interested in toys before, she only liked swings.
