I sprout constantly, and always have sprouts in the fridge, plus two batches of sprouts growing at any point in time. I store my sprouts in a gallon ziploc slider bag, zipped halfway, in the fridge. It's rare that a batch of sprouts lasts a full week in this house because they devour them daily, but there have been times when they have and they've been fine.
