I am seeing recently that soya beans are being recommended as something to feed our parrots here. I always thought soya was something to avoid? I have links from way back eg. this one:
Felicity Lawrence: Soya is in 60% of all processed food. But should it carry a health warning? | Food | The Guardian
I know it is in most pellets and I have always understood the reason being it is a cheap ingredient.
Has research changed/proved it is safe?
