My 12 tomato plants are in gardening fabric bags, and they are doing great!

They look like this now. One is almost 3' tall. BLTs, homemade marinara, salsa, and pico de gallo are in my future!

they look great Matthew. I love tomatoes, but for some reason they blithe out on my deck. I either lose them to blithe or the squirrels get more then I do.

replanted spinach and both types of lettuce, this weekend. I have replanted peas (6 times) also GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR not a single sprout. got new seeds too. I guess peas will be bought at the farmer's market this year. Sweet Pea loves her Sugar snap peas.

I love heirloom tomatoes...eat them for dessert.
Also make an heirloom tomato tart, with fresh mozzarella, pesto all layered on/in a parmesan pie crust.

I gave Kamara the beans and peas that grew and she didn't really like them :(
I gave her a bit of one of the carrots and she enjoyed that, wasn't a fan of the tops so the rabbit got the tops.

She doesn't like parsley or spearmint which is too bad. I'll have to think of other things she might enjoy, maybe a few kinds of lettuce next year.
