Urgent Sneezing alot and strange posture

Hi, my lovebird been sneezing alot in the last few hours and wheezes.. He puffed up too and sleeping in a weird posture (head facing up).... looks like he has difficulty breathing... he's not himself at the moment.. still got appetite and still eating.. the sneezing stopped when I put him to sleep on his back... I have appointment booked for an avian vet tomorrow.. Does anyone have any idea what he might suffer from? How can I make him feel better? He was fine this morning... I'm so worried...

The first thing I thought of was this but the frequent sneezing makes me think it's probably not it:

Forgot to add that there is no nasal discharge. Its dry around his nose area.

He very well could have an upper respiratory infection - either bacterial or fungal. Your vet will be able to determine what is wrong with a few tests.
