Slanted Pupils

Jeez, this is a bit weird, but Pinto's pupils are slanted, and ovular.

I've known this for a long time, but I thought it was normal, as you don't usually see the pupil in pics, I just kinda assumed they're all like that. But now I think otherwise...

Can anyone give some clarity to this? She doesn't seem to have vision problems, but just checking.

hmm do you have a picture? I have a picture that clearly shows the pupils of my cockatiel, but my phone is dead and I don't have charger right now. I think his pupils were just circles, but maybe it varies from bird to bird? I really don't have a clue!

They do look oval I have never seen that before(then again how Many cockatiels have I met Not a lot).

I think some tiels just have more oval eyes than others. My grey has the roundest eyes, but one of my cinnamon’s eyes are more oval. I think your bird just might have more oval eyes than average, but he’s still super cute!

Some of mine have oval pupils, and some are more round, it seems normal to me.
