Sighs of a sick cockatiel other than the obvious ones?

Didn't know if to post it here or in the cockatiels sub forum. Sorry if I chose wrong.

I know that parrots like ecalectus, gcc and quakers can have dark feathers if they aren't on the proper diet. Is there something similar to look for with cockatiels?

And I'd also be happy for any other resources about cockatiel specific health. Beak, Nails, Skin anything is useful.

Thanks!

Droppings are big indication of health. I would look at my tiel's droppings every day.
