My little linnie is now happily living in the living room, his bedtime is at 7:00 (Thats when he starts trying to sleep) But me and my family usually stay up till 10-12. Sometimes with lights on and sometimes with talking/noise... I've realized he's been acting kinda sleepy lately & he's been yawning a lot, What should i do about this? When he had a smaller cage i would bring his cage into my bedroom and he would sleep happily in there, But with his new bigger cage it would be practically impossible to carry it so far every night. Any advice? Also when he gets tired he goes onto the bottom of the cage and hides under the paper towels.. Is that ok? Or should i stop him from doing that? Advice would be appreciated!:D

It can be any small cage as long as the bar spacing is appropriate and they have some room to move a bit. Two of my tiels sleep cages are 18Wx18"L X 26"tall. The other two each have one that is a travel cage 12"W x 20"L x 16"T. Yes, I have four!:wacky: I have one rope perch and one toy in each, and I give them fresh water every night.

Sounds good Deanna! LinnieLife, your bird will thank you! His old cage should be just fine!
