Another Sherman thread. Will this ever end?
Along with her after-dinner almond treat, Sherman got a fingertrap lodged in the bars beside it.
"Oh nooooooo. That probably wants to kill me!
"What a predicament. How can a bird get her beloved almond when a that THING is next to it? I know. I'll scare it!"
Sherman spread her wings and opened her beak. (It didn't move.) She leaned forward and squawked at it. (It didn't move.) She bit it. (It didn't move.)
It was funny to see her get in her big bird defensive stance over this little toy. Not wanting to stress her out, I removed it and she grabbed her almond half.
Today, I put the trap back in and she chewed it up. It's laying in pieces at the bottom of her cage. POOR THING!

I can picture it, too funny. Poor Sherman that mean old fingertrap keeping her from her treat!
