Piper shakes as well. She's not cold either that I can tell, and she's normally rubbed dry with a soft towel and then snuggled with me, but she kind of trembles all over and cusses to herself while she tries to get herself back into full fluff position.
All my birds do that too. I was told by a vet years ago, that they shake to keep there body temp up, while they are wet. Not sure if that is 100% true, but thats what he said.
