He fell and bled a second time considerably more and his chest swelled up. Vet said he was not concerned about his chest but why he couldn't keep himself in one piece (he took blood and there was no infection). He took a look at his wing and said it looks like it had been damaged at some point (likely from a bad clip). Some feathers were pulled, all were fine except for one which was deformed. The feathers should come back in around 6 weeks and we're going from there, the damaged feather could come back in deformed or fine. We're lowering his perches after he has had time to recoup and we put towels at the bottom of his cage. He's still chatty but in obvious discomfort if not pain, poor boy
