We got a Savoy cabbage recently, and aren't sure if it is good to share with the fids. A lot of sites say that you shouldn't feed cabbage because it has a high water content and little nutritional value. Savoy cabbage is dark green, has more nutrition and is less watery - would it be alright?

It is alright, @finchly wrote yesterday I think that is can actually be very beneficial to feed cabbage because of it’s high water content. If your bird eats pellets, that is a dry food without water, and water out of a cabbage can make up for that. I wouldn’t feed a lot of it, but a bit of it doesn’t do any Harm:)
