I haven't set up my outside cages since we moved, so my poor birds haven't been out in a few months (except Hardy who comes out with me). I was supposed to set up the aviary today, but lost my motivation. Now I feel guilty....

Guilt is an excellent motivator! Shortly after my last post, I dragged my poor husband outside and we started setting up the galah's old aviary. We only got halfway done because we made it bigger with some extra panels we had purchased, and naturally we ran out of screws & washers. By the time we returned from the hardware store, it was getting too dark to continue.

But I feel much less guilty now that we've at least STARTED putting them together!
