Roudybush Minis or Crumbles?

I'm getting ready to order some Roudybush to try for all three of my birds. All three of them, Oscar (Quaker) TD & AthenaDon (cockatiels) are a bit pudgy.. okay, they're fat.
What type do you think I should try first? The low fat? The Crumbles or the Minis? Should I get medium for Oscar? Or wait to see if he eats the crumbles or minis instead of ordering two kinds (that they may not eat)!

I agree with @Clueless on Scarlett parrots you can order sample bags not sure if where you are ordering from does this too ?

I have minis and both green cheek and lovebirds have eaten them also have Hagen tropical which are smaller and all eat them too

My cockatiel and two budgies eat the Crumbles they love it too!

When Nala was on Roudybush I got her the minis and they were the perfect size.
